Sandbox or Litter Box?

As a peanut butter lover, I liked the name pbwiki and the idea of a fun place. The pbwiki website itself is great and it's certainly looks like making a pbwiki is easy enough.

However, the Maryland Libraries Sandbox is pretty dull. There's not much here and navigation is not exactly easy. I added my blog to the list and made a comment that probably no one will read. I don't plan on spending any more time here. It's no wonder people still think of us as Marian the Librarian with little buns and shushing people all the time. I challenge my fellow bloggers to make this particular sandbox a little more exciting.

What were you looking for / hoping to find at PBwiki?

Wow, am I impressed that the founder of PBwiki found my crummy little blog and took the time to make a comment. My litter box comment was strictly in reference to the MD Libraries pbwiki and I have corrected my blog to reflect that. Now I would like to ask Mr. Weekly if he would lead a movement to improve customer service in this country...I'm shocked to discover that there is still anyone around who cares so much about their product and a young dude at that. I am way beyond impressed!

Thank you for your kind comments, cyndee. :) All of us here at PBwiki care a lot about understanding what people like and don't like about the service. Since the entirety of our growth from nada to millions of users has come from word of mouth recommendations, we're in big trouble if we lose touch with our users. If you have feedback on PBwiki, you can email me directly at david@pbwiki.com.
